Hello coaches, I need to know what kind of exercises to focus on in my plan with a team that has a week long tournament coming up in two weeks.thank you
Hey. I am 14 years old,186cm tall (6'11) and I weight 81 kg(178 pounds). I am right-handed and I play left back, but I also play right back often, because in team, we don't have high left-handed players ,so left backs play on both positions. I want to start shooting with left hand, but I don't know how to start working on it and make the shoot strong as shoot with right hand(or strong enough so I can score with left hand). Can you give me tips,or training plan,so I would know what should I do to make it strong as my right hand? Thanks in advance
What is the playmaker's role in handball?Which shots does playmakers make?
Hello. I am 15 years old handball player. I play right wing but i am right handed. I dont really jump high and my coaches are saying i am not shoting correctly. Could anywone give me some tips how to shot more efficient. I also wanna learn how to jump higher and to be more time in the air. Is there any exercises that will help me with jump and shot? what kind of drills can you make specific for a wing player without opposition and with opposition when returning to play after an ACL reconstruction, the mechanism was a one-leg landing after a jump shot, so i need exercises that simulate real situations, first without opposition and then with, focusing on the jumping and landing.thanks :)
Hi, my team played a match yesterday. We have a 2 hours handball session tonight and i'm a bit concerned that players are tired and maybe not as enthusiastic to train. What type of training/what could I do with players tonight?? I'm inclined to do light training session but still want it to be effective and enjoyable. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
