Get your players talking in this passing and moving session, designed to improve players' setting skills to help them pass with confidence and control.
We also introduce your players to the back set as well as improving their ability to pass when on the run and react quickly (including a great Two Ball Setting drill exercise working on coordination).
What's in the session?
To practice these core-ball-control skills we get your players into pairs and open with a fun, ice breaking Sit on the Ball drill. After working in pairs we then get your players into groups of three in a pass and move rallying drill to find out which group of players can keep the ball in the air the longest before closing with a fun conditioned game.
Improve your players' setting skills and get them moving and talking with this control skill session.
