Being able to underhand pass is the most basic, but also the most essential skill in volleyball.
Every time the ball goes below a players' forehead, they should be skilled enough to underhand the ball back in the air, preferably to a teammate.
With this in mind, the following session teaches your players how to master the underhand pass, using a variety of drills that increase in difficulty.
What's in the Session?
Starting with some fun warm ups, we soon get your players passing to each other with some drills that require plenty of hard work, but work that will definitely pay off as they improve their technique. We continue to up the difficulty as the session goes on before finishing with a fun drill that build on the skills learnt in the session.
