Floor defence is the art of defending the ball behind the block, and often requires player to dig or dive to keep the ball alive.
Use this session and get your players down and digging the ball, and turning offense into defense as quickly as possible. Being able to dig the ball sometimes isn't enough, as players need to be able to control their dig, whether it involves them digging it back over the net or to another team mate, which is why we teach your players exactly what it takes to dig their way into offense.
What's in the session?
Packed with excellent video drills, we start with fun warm ups to get the appropriate muscle groups ready for the session before working on digging accuracy in a match-like situation. We then follow this with drills that work on digging the ball correctly to a team-mate or back across the net to turn defense into offense.
