  • The aim of the exercise is to develop ball control and one hand offloading after the contact.

COACHING POINTS

  • Ball Carrier look to use footwork to get just outside the post/tube transfer ball away from the post/tube then offload with one hand to supporting player.

  • Change Sides and practice of both hands.
