Pre-Season Conditioning - Part 3

Don't stop now! It?s part 3 and the finale of your Pre-Season Conditioning Program - Written by a professional personal trainer specifically for getting hockey players ready for the fast approaching season - to improve their sprinting power and strength.

In this session we continue to push your players hard, gradually upping the intensity so that they will be fit and ready to hit the ground running for the first league match of the season.

By using these pre-season conditioning sessions, you'll be preparing your players mentally and physically for the new season. By improving your players' strength and stamina levels, you'll be reducing the risk of injury as your players? muscles will be conditioned for the demands of a full 70 minute match.
