What's in the Session?
We start with a couple of pairs heading exercises, allowing you the chance to go round your players and observe their technique - ensuring they keep their eyes open and make good contact with the ball using their forehead.
Once everyone has got their eye in we bring things to a head with three games! All these great games are designed to practice and encourage as much heading on goal as possible.
