Coaching players aged 10 and under? Then this is the session for you.
To get your players using close ball-control, feinting and turning this simple to set-up session gives your players plenty of time to practice dribbling at their own pace, encouraging them to try a few tricks and to use both feet.
What's in the Session?
Starting with two defenderless practices (no pressure on the dribble) we gradually increase the difficulty through a series of small-side games, designed to give your players as much time on the ball as possible (perfect for developing their dribbling confidence) before finishing with a small-sided match.
Make your young players more familiar with the ball and improve their dribbling basics today.
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
